Our terms and conditions are designed to ensure that our customers have confidence when dealing with DeeZynes
All products and services are quoted in UK Pounds Sterling and are subject to VAT at the standard rate.
DeeZynes reserves the right to modify or discontinue our prices, products & services at any time.
In the event a set up charge or a digitising or vectorising service is required, the client will be expected to cover this cost. Details of this cost will be given at the quotation stage.
Products & Services
We are happy to recommend and supply products and services based on our many years of experience. Should a client wish to supply their own products for us to print or embroider onto, every effort will be made to ensure these goods are used, however DeeZynes cannot take responsibility for any products that are of substandard quality or faulty in any way or create a negative outcome for our printing/embroidery service. DeeZynes is not liable for any product replacement should the final product not meet the client’s expectations.

Quotations and/or a job or e-sample will be forwarded via the client’s preferred communication medium for approval and are valid for 30 days. DeeZynes will regard the return of this final approval by the client as an instruction to commence work.
Payment must be made in full at the time of collection, unless prior arrangement has been agreed directly with DeeZynes. Payment can be made via cash, debit/credit card (at our premises or over the telephone) or via BACs.
Products, Service, Quality
Based on our many years experience and excellent relationships with both suppliers and clients, DeeZynes endeavour to use the best quality products and materials when fulfilling orders.
We do our best to faithfully reproduce colours and designs but some variations may occur. We will of course communicate this possibility at the quotation stage if there is a potential issue.
If an item quoted for is not in stock we will advise an estimated date for availability and/or suggest an alternative.
Please note that some garments may arrive with a small pinch mark around the embroidery. This is NOT a fault and will wash out.
Refunds & Cancellations
We hope that our clients will be thrilled with their purchases from us, however should there be a genuine defect/error with your order we must be notified within 7 working days of taking receipt of the goods. Every effort will be made to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
If an order is cancelled and products have already been received by DeeZynes from their suppliers (but embroidery or printing has NOT commenced) a charge of 30% of the invoice value will be made to the client to cover the return of those products and associated costs generated from the suppliers.
If an order is cancelled and embroidery and printing work onto products has already commenced then full payment will be expected and an invoice raised accordingly.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
DeeZynes do not accept responsibility for the payment of delivery costs on returned items. Delivery costs will NOT be refunded. Please ensure you use a tracked delivery service when returning items.
Sale items will not be refunded.
Should any product purchased from DeeZynes develop a genuine fault (not a fault incurred by accident, neglect or misuse, eg. non compliance with recommended laundry instructions), the product will be returned to the relevant supplier for further investigation and the client will be advised of the outcome accordingly.
Refunds will be processed in line with the original payment method.
When you purchase items from DeeZynes we will add your contact and company details to our database. These details may be used for future communication and marketing purposes. We will NOT disclose this information to any third parties.
